A1 · For accounting and bookkeeping firms
Your team should be doing client work, not chasing paperwork.
We set up AI that sorts client documents, drafts replies and chases what's missing, inside your own Microsoft 365, with you approving everything that goes out.

- Fixed prices
- Files stay in your Microsoft 365

Example only. A fictional client.
You approve everything before it goes out.
A2 · Sound familiar?
Sound familiar?
Four moments we hear about from practices every week.
Typical situations, not client stories.
FILE NOTE 01
The August chase.
Half your clients still haven't sent their documents. Someone on your team spends Monday morning writing the same polite email forty times, then does it again on Thursday.
FILE NOTE 02
“Is this everything?”
A client emails three photos of receipts, a bank statement PDF and a question. Someone opens, renames, files and replies. Now multiply that by two hundred clients.
FILE NOTE 03
The ID sitting in an inbox.
Since July, some services you provide now need clients' identity checked and records kept for seven years. Right now, those passports and licences are sitting in someone's email.
FILE NOTE 04
The quick summary.
A staff member pastes a client's return into a free AI tool to “summarise it quickly”. It's not malicious, it's just fast, and nobody knows it happened.
“60% of Australian workers say they use AI tools their employer hasn't approved.” Okta survey, reported by The Register

What changes when AI does the admin.
AI Document Intake
Client documents recognised, named and filed for you.

Attachments opened, renamed and filed by hand.

Documents are recognised, named, filed to the right client and ticked off the checklist.
You stay in control

AI Inbox Triage
Client email sorted, with replies drafted for your approval.

After
Email is sorted by client and urgency, and replies are drafted in your firm's tone.
You stay in control
- Nothing is sent until you approve it.
AI Client Chasing
Reminders sent until every document is in.
Before

After
Polite, personal reminders go out on your schedule until everything's in.
You stay in control
- You approve the wording once.
Secure Client Onboarding (AML/CTF)

A6 · Safe with client data
Built for firms that hold sensitive client data.
“39% of Australian small businesses name privacy and security as their top AI concern.” Intuit QuickBooks 2026 AI Impact Report
- Your files stay in your own Microsoft 365. AI tools only see what each task needs.
- Your client data isn't used to train public AI models.
- A person approves anything that goes to a client.
- Every login uses two-step sign-in, and staff only see the client files they need.
- Your team gets a plain-English AI policy, so everyone knows what's allowed.
A7 · Hours-Back calculator
How many hours could your practice get back?
- HOURS BACK A WEEK
- 19–29
- WORTH A YEAR
- $57,400–$86,100
About 19–29 hours a week back, worth around $57,400–$86,100 a year.
Estimate only, assuming AI handles 20–30% of routine admin. Your real number comes from a live build, and we measure it 30 days after go-live.
A8 · Who you'll deal with
Hi, I'm Sid.
For 8 years I've kept businesses' systems secure and running: Microsoft 365, cloud, networks and security across healthcare, hospitality, government and not-for-profits. Most AI consultants can't touch your systems, and most IT providers won't touch AI. I do both. You deal with me directly, from first chat to go-live.

Questions practice owners ask
Will our client data be used to train AI?
No. We set up AI tools on business plans and settings that don't train on your data, and your files stay in your own Microsoft 365.
Do we need Microsoft Copilot?
Not necessarily. We're vendor-neutral and recommend whatever fits your firm and budget, sometimes Copilot, sometimes another tool, sometimes none.
Does it work with Xero, MYOB or our practice software?
Often, yes. We confirm what connects on your free 30-minute chat, before you spend anything.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Anything that goes to a client waits for a person to approve it, and we design every time-saver so mistakes are caught before they leave the firm.
We already have an IT provider. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We can look after just the AI side and work alongside them, or look after everything if you'd prefer one person for all of it.
How long does a first AI workflow take?
Usually two to three weeks from go-ahead, depending on the workflow.
Are you local?
Yes. We're based in Sydney and come on site when it helps. Most work is done remotely inside your Microsoft 365.
